Our 2019 Brazos Valley Heart Ball survivor honoree is Halle Kate Spivey. Halle and her family will be at the Heart Ball to share a miraculous story of survival. Miss Halle was born in December 2016 with a double inlet left ventricle, transposed great arteries, and hypo-plastic aortic arch. She had her first open heart surgery when she was just three days old. Just days before Halle was scheduled to be discharged from the hospital, she coded for 27 minutes. This beautiful survival story is something that you will not want to miss.
